You're not going to find anyone who has played the old games because all they do is drool over their little Ocarina of time and Twilight Princess.

I actually know a lot of people who HATE Twilight Princess, as I suppect you do... lol the old games were excellent I have played bits and pieces of them but have never owned them :( but the open world gameplay was amazing. The linier patern of the new games is a bit disapointing...

You'd be surprised how many people have played the old games. The reason why people are 'drooling' over the new ones is because how many people still have the game systems you'd be able to play those games on? I'm lucky my sister's boyfriend let us borrow the collector's edition. But the main problem for why people aren't playing the old games is because Nintendo stops making game systems and games for that system once a new one comes out, then eventually, the games are forgotten.

In one of my earlier posts I clearly stated that you can use an emulator for these games.
