I really liked the way Kishi introduced Sai. By having some mysterious, unknown ninja just attack Naruto and hold him back effortlessly, only then to have him put on Team Kakashi was a really cool direction to take.

Also you can say Itachi and Pain and everyone else but nothing beats how cool THIS picture was back in 2007.

I liked when Pein was first shown standing on top of the buildings in hidden rain village after hearing that Jiraiya has entered the Rain Village ... It was pretty badass moment the way he was standing tall with scary music

Yeah it was cool Killer Bee voice fits better english dub but that episode lacked so much passion from all of the voice actors. Plus that's the first time I heard all their voices dubbed other than Sasuke of course. They lack emotion. Plus the wooo from Bee sucks compared to the original.
