basically everything kenpachi says, but if i had to narrow it down to one specific quote that shows why he is such a bawse, it would be this....
(kenpachi responding to haschwald regarding how did he kill those 3 sternritters) "It's nothing special. The first one was just trash. He became a huge ape that blows away the enemy with his voice and attacked me. So i just cut it in half. The 2nd one went on about having something against me and explained her powers forever. I couldn't even really hear coz of the other guy's roaring. She was annoying so i just tore off her throat. The 3rd one was average. He transformed into me.
