Yu-Gi-Oh it was one hell of a card game and the series was just as awsome,
DBZ well the power the transformation were pure awsomeness xd ,
Apart from these 6 I haven't really watched animes that much.

Clannad- Perfect Love Story
Clannad after story- Perfect Love story and also much sadness
Ouran High school Host club- Hilerious
Death Note- Mystic and very well made.
Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood- Love the Action and funny sometimes.
Kateko Hitman Reborn- A bit slow at the begin.. to much comedy, but later on, totally awesome fighting action.
Mawaru Pinguin Drum : Confusing as hell but thats the point of the anime very awesome try it.
High School of Death: Zombies <3
Mirrai Nikki: Action and tension.
Shakugan no Shana season 1-3: Action
Skip Beat: Funny and romantic
Kawa (dunno how it spells) Maid - sama: This Anime has everything
Beelzebub: MOST FUNNY ANIME EVER DD
Toradora: Awesome Comedy romance

i liked brotherhood better , but normal fma was sorta more dramatic i think .0.o
and soundtrack in russian fkn ruled on fma
still seeing as a whole brotherhood was more epic, better story

But my favourite anime definitely is:

Berserk - (manga written by kentaro miura)
Of course I prefer the manga of it way more. And there are actually two different anime's. The older anime covers only a certain part of the whole story. But this february they started from the beginning with a different animation. But it looks also great. The story is just awesome, but also pretty dark. The character development is genius and the main character is absolutely great! If you ever are interested, I would recommend anybody to watch it or better start read the manga. In my opinion the drawing of the manga is on a different level than naruto and one piece and others. The same can be said about the story and character developing. The creator(miura) is a genius in drawing. Especially the double pages! But that's just my opinion of course... A warning though, the manga and anime are rated 18+! Especially the manga is much more intense than the anime. Because there are for example parts of the story which concern the inquisition. So you can imagine... But it's really worth reading or watching

Main favorite: Soul Eater/Death Note. (DN wins here, since SE anime was canceled. Manga is 100% ongoing and amazing)

I also love the old Yugioh/GX/DBZ/Pokemon.

For American-ish, by far Avatar: The Last Airbender. Ties with 1 overall.

Monogatari Series (Bake&Nise) take my place one. Even above One Piece.
One Piece, Steins;Gate, Detective Conan, Death Note, To Love-Ru, HOTD and I think I forgot something really important but I can't think of it. (No, not Naruto. Naruto isn't even in my Top 10)
