Kurama. I love his personality!

Kurama because of his design and sheer power. His attitude is threatening as well and he lived up to his hype.

I like Saiken, the 6 Tails. He's like an armored slug with great acidic powers, however that Bubble Style shit is wack.

Physically - 2 tails. Blue fire has always been a pleasure to me, its just cool.
Overall - 9 tails. Its generic, but Kurama is cool.

Kurama since we have seen more of him. Then Goku because of his design, after that Han's bijuu-the horse or ram. After that the blue cat. The rest don't really seem appealing to me.

Kurama and Shukaku: The most backstory we've gotten out of Tailed beasts. Plus they are the OG Tailed beasts of the series.
