Neji was my all time favorite out of them but he is dead now sadly so I'll pick someone else. Kiba was my favorite in Part 1 after Neji but he is a terrible character in Part 2. So, I'll go with Shikamaru.

There are some whom I dont care about like Tenten in K11 (I think the tread must be renamed as K11) but there are also the ones i really like and enjoy watching or reading. Here, my top 3:

3) Kiba (well, i really have no reason why he is in top 3...)
2) Shikamaru (he knows that being too ambitious does not bring peace-of-mind and i like it, also he IS lazy =D )
1) Rock Lee (with Gai, they are the most entertaining duo in the series, not only funny, but also a good team)
