I like Jiraiya's because he doesn't use it as his only offensive ability.

I also like Minato's because he is quick and efficient.

I hate Naruto's because it's all he can ever do, getting lucky that he hasn't had to fight a preta user since day one.

It's okay if you hate Naruto. The OP is not asking for who is the most powerful Rasengan user (it's Naruto) but who do you like the best among the Rasengan Users. So judging by your response I'd assume you feel Jiraiya or Minato for you.

For Me Naruto. The other are good. But, considering Naruto completed a Jutsu neither his father or Sensei could, and even taught it to another genin at the age of 16, I think Naruto is the best from my perspective.....

EDIT.........Don't get me wrong though...Naruto has run Rasengan into the dirt with it's repeated use. Let's not learn any other Wind techs, let's just keep dat tunnel vision and focus only Rasengan XD

For being such a dork, Minato still takes the win - man looks good with a Rasengan in his hand, +points for coming up with it and for being all... whilst doing it.

Liked Jiraiya's use of it, worked for him. Man has swag.

Naruto has used/abused it to death, every single new version I see makes my eyes bleed. Novelty wore off after a few editions/episodes. In the anime his voice is annoying and he's so loud, -neg points for announcing it to his enemies every. single. time.
