Hmm...I'd have to say both Sage mode and Tailed beast chakra mode, and here's why,

Sage mode he was more "hands on", meaning he wasn't spamming rasengan as much, he used his fist and Frog Kamute, which was cool


and for BM, I'd say it's because of his speed, variations of rasengan, and the almost endless supply of chakra.
