Favorite Pokemon?

So... I was feeling a little nostalgic a few weeks ago and decided to download some emulators on my Android and started to replay some of the pokemon classics (Gold, Fire Red and Ruby). Needless to say that its still pretty awesome (even if just for the nostalgic feeling) and I wanted to ask about you guys:

Whats your favorite pokemon game?

And whats your favorite Pokemon (criature)?

To me personally as a game its Fire Red, mostly because In a sucker for the first gen of this series but the graphics of the first gen (red, blues and yellow) whike having its charm, are kind of off putting. So I have Fire Red as a perfect middle ground.

My personal favorites pokemon are Charizard and Mewtwo (as I said, first gen sucker)

I really love Charmander. I used to be an old Pokemon Red, and I still am to this day. I love fire types, his X mega evolution is just insane and there is no way you can't love that little guy.

Favorite game: Alpha Sapphire. Sapphire was my first game so I had huge nostalgia playing Alpha Sapphire and I love all the new features they put in with the 6th gen

Favorite Pokemon: Hmmmmmmmmmmmm can't think of one; here's a list:
Ho-oh - I played Gold when I was around 9-10 and I loved it. Ho-oh is just so majestic, how can you not love him/her?
Blaziken - First ever Pokemon, a fighting chicken on fire, nuff said
Blastoise - cannons on his back. He's a tortoise with cannons on his freaking back (also first kanto starter and Leaf Green was my second game)

There are many that I like a lot but those are my favorites.

Also, have you ever noticed that when a pair of games comes out, there is always one of the pair that appeals more than the other to the majority? Idk, maybe it's just me but 80% of people seem to have had Red over Blue, Ruby over Sapphire, Diamond over Pearl ect.

Flygon for the aesthetics but Charizard overall. 3rd Generation was in my opinion the last memorable generation.

Dragonite. Really hard to get one in Red, Blue, Yellow. You basically had to keep fighting the elite four to level up dragonaire

Arceus,Charizard,Oshawott,Snivy,Lucario,Gallade,Gardevoir,Hydreigon,Suicune,Mew,Mew2,Deoxys,Rayquaza,Lugia,Ho-Oh,Greninja,Vaporeon,Glaceon,Jolteon I could go for days.

I love every pokemon game but the one I enjoyed the most is Emerald.
