Probably Orochimaru coming back to life after being sealed by Totsuka blade.

Kakashi killing Rin was another good twist. My mouth literally fell open when I saw Kakashi's arm through her. And then we had to wait a couple of months to find out why he did. I was about to pay Kishi a visit if he wasn't gonna cough up the goods...

 

[Eternal Storm]

Hashirama and Tobirama's personalities were also a cool reveal. Not exactly a plot twist but *shrug*
