Personally it was when luffy punched the celestial dragon at the auction his rape face was priceless and the animation was perfect in the anime going into pencil during the punch made it that much better for me

OP doesn't take into consideration the fight. Only the one shot. I know technically it wasn't the case, but the dramatic effect and speech Law made alongside that one shot is what made me pick it as one of the most memorable one shots in the one piece manga, or rather since the timeskip
