Yamamoto is the type of old man who has silent confidence in his people.
Hiruzen is the kind that is openly confident but focuses on loving his people (beyond family).
Whitebeard is the kind that is a mix between the two. He doesn't say much in terms of affections unless the situation demands it as he thinks of it as common knowledge (like the Squardo moment). But at the same time he's happy and loving with his family like Hiruzen (though always putting up a strong front personality).
Overall.... I'm going with Yamamoto. That quite steel wall confidence.
