i think from any ninja shown as a teen, ANBU Kakashi had to be my favorite one.

any ninja shown as a kid, it'd be Itachi soloing foundation squads with ease.

as a little kid, shikamaru was pretty cool with his laziness.

as a late teen, tie between the last naruto/sasuke. the last hinata is gorgeous tho.

as an adult, Ino takes the cake..i mean Hokage Naruto.

Alright, I'll play along.

As a kid...well, there really isn't much option, but if I had to pick, I'm going with Gaara.

As a kid, Boruto is my favorite ninja. Sasuke reaches a close second, but Boruto still takes this for me.

As a teen, I'd have to go with....wait, does Tendo count? He is technically in a teen's body, so...well, if not, that's Naruto.

As a young adult, Naruto again takes the cake.

As an adult...I'm not sure if Pain counts still, but if not, I'm taking Obito. More specifically War Tobi.

As an older adult, I'll go with the good ol' pervy sage himself, Jiraiya.

As a proper old man, Danzo. Not the most noble, but definitely an interesting character.

Kid founders are my favorites, especially Madara with his backstory about war and friendship, which made them more realistic than any other character, imo.
As an adult, Kakashi was quite interesting and did not become boring or lame (what happened with a lot of Konoha 11 imo). Kushina is also interesting.
As elderly, Madara and Mito were cool to watch because they knew a lot of secrets of the shinobi world. Kaguya is also one to be quoted imao.
As teens, Sasuke was the most interesting along with Itachi.

+ Gaara as a kid gave me chills, plus point for him.....XD
