Planetary resengan considering how awesome its concept, look and effect is. I really wanted Naruto to use an ultimate form of it in the fight with Sasuke.

Limbo is growing on me too due to the mythology and concepts it encompasses. Same with Susano'o. These two have some of the biggest discussions too.

I've always liked 64 palms, Jiraiya's lion mane techs, shadow bind and the six path techniques as well.
