Hard to say. I have five, in no order

- Luffy using Haki to save Ace
- Shanks stopping the war
- Coby trying to stop the war
- Luffy screaming out Robin's name in Enies Lobby
- Luffy knocking the poooooooop out of Carlos or whatever his name was. The Celestial Dragon.

Edit: Whitebeard everything. Demolishing John Giant, that other guy who got a quake to the face and got his helmet busted, smashing Akainu's face, beating the hell out of Blackbeard and so on and so forth

When the Straw Hats stepped up infront of CP9 and declared war on the WHOLE World Government to save Robin, that was a huge point in the series, and really got you if you were following the story. They went that far to protect a crewmate and pretty much how they fought for her after made me nod. The 6th Opening still gives me the feels
