For me I will pick...
1. When the last coffin was revealed as the real Madara, which outed Tobi as an imposter. This was just a purely epic reveal.
2. When we thought Obito died but he then absorbed the Ten-tails and became Juubito. This chapter was just hectic, kind of wish we had more fast paced chapters like this one.
3. When Orochimaru first summoned the Four Hokages. Although their appearance turned out to be a bit of a letdown, it was still really awesome when it happened.

1. When Naruto and sasukes first battle came to an end and sasuke fell on his knees looking at Naruto
2. Naruto meeting kishina and jumping to hug her
3. Naruto smashing the mecha pain in one swoop and geezer sage seeing jiraiya and minato in him
So many more that I can't even number them. I'm so sad that it's ending all I have to say is that idk how anybody could be capable of wrapping up a series this amazing in 44 pages only. It's been a hell of a run. I seriously would love a part three but idk if that's going to happen.

Madara and Hashirama's final talk before they both passed on recently.
Minato's final goodbye to Naruto when the Edo's were all finally released.
