One Piece, followed by Tower of God(idc if it is a Manhwa). 20th Century Boys would follow after ToG.

One Piece: for the amazing story, character development, and characters Oda has created. Not to mention one of the best universes.

Tower of God: Amazing action, and plot twists. I am in suspense after every chapter. Very unique universe where I'm sure everyone who reads it wants to know more.

I like them for different reasons, and it is hard to pick a favorite.
