Who is your favorite manga/anime main character?

Personally mine is Gats from Berserk, he's the complete opposite of the stereotypical hero and is just absolutely epic. One of the most well written characters of all time.

Close runner-up is Luffy from One Piece. He's just too happy and badass to not like, I love how simple he is and yet Oda continues to make him more interesting

Such a tragic character he was an amazing hero who gave up any chance of a normal life he could have had to accomplish his goal of ridding the world of evil, the way he was commended for his efforts truly disgusts me.

I like the series but Naruto is not my favorite character. I like HxH too but I hate Gon. And Ichigo is one of my least favorite characters ever but I like Bleach.
