Assuming your talking about while they were still young...id pick Kiba, Shino, Hinata. I thought they were all strong and i wish they showed more of this team in shippuden because I thought Shino was one of the strongest at that age because his bugs were unpredictable and he owned Kankuro in the forest and only got hit by that poison gas
