1. Neji
2. Tenten
3. Lee
^Those 3 are my fav from the list. They all have different goals of what they want to do with their life and that's why I find them to be the best among the K11.
>Neji wanted to get stronger and follow his own path instead of being destined by faith, which is something that he used to think but soon began to see another light. He decided to make his own destiny.
>Lee wants to be the best Taijutsu master and follow in the footsteps of his teacher who is also very similar to him. His passion for never ending training with a lot of sweat and tears is what makes him look very serious about accomplishing his goal.
>Tenten is very affluent with ninja tools and she wants to be one of the best ninja tool specialist, and I believe she also wanted to follow in Tsunade's footsteps or something(Pretty sure that was filler but Idk..)
4. Ino
5. Chouji
6. Shikamaru
The next on my list are not my favs, but they are still well noticed for their awesome teamwork together and their huge development in the death of Asuma, their teacher/sensei and their parents. This was tremendous and very mature of them.
They don't really have individual goals besides the normal stuff like getting stronger and protecting their village, but they do have courage and they know when to stay focused and use what they have to beat their opponent. This is why they are the best formulated team in Konoha when it comes to 'teamwork'.
7. Shino
8. Kiba
9. Hinata
^I am not fond of these guys at all, mainly for the simple fact that they are not interesting to me at all and their standing in the story is not moving.
>Shino was hyped from the very beginning to be very strong, but by the end of the manga he became very stale and irrelevant.
>Kiba is annoying. He talks too much and he is not even a likable character.
>Believe it or not but I used to like Hinata, back in the day when the Byakugan was actually relevant and had much promise, but that's not why I stopped liking Hinata. Mainly she can only see danger when Naruto is faced with it and her whole story pretty much resides on Naruto's life. I would like Hinata way more if she would actually have a goal for herself and actually stood up to her father and proved him wrong just like Naruto did to the villagers when they used to talk trash to him.
10. Naruto
>Finally we have Naruto, which I used to like, back in part 1, but then when Shippuden was created he completely destroyed his theme and his constant plea for Sasuke, who never showed to give any phucks about him, was also annoying and hardly called friendship. It was unhealthy for Naruto and it made him look as if without Sasuke that his world is over. His main goal of going with Jiraiya to train was because of Sasuke, which I think is utter shit, and the fact that he came back weak as hell proves that his training was not very fruitful. Shippuden Naruto is not a character I respect like the old Naruto who used to actually make me laugh and show his hardwork. Now it's all about prophecy and transmigrants which completely nullified the part 1 theme of Naruto.
Sakura is not on my list and she never will be on my list because she is just utter trash to me. I don't like anything about her at all and I think you should have substituted her for Sai instead.
