I'm on episode 51 of the 2011 version, and I gotta say either Hisoka, Feitan, or Gon, possibly Ging.

Hisoka - He's a boss, a joker, crazy, etc...
Feitan - He's that traditional black-robed guy who seems awesome.
Gon - He's just cool. He reminds me of Naruto because he's stupid and loud-mouthed. Lol
Ging- He's Gon's dad. I haven't seen much of him, but I read that he's
in the Top 5 for Nen control.
Obviously boss.

Netero- Old man badass
