If you liked Grunge, you'd like Nirvana. The guitar isn't terrible either. Very simplistic yes, but it still follows a set of scales (usually pentatonic), which is more than what can be said about some music.

OP: Nirvana is also my favorite, but I'm also into Pearl Jam.
