[Discussion] Favorite genre's of manga/anime?

I would have to go Horror/Psychological.

Seeing that my favorite manga, Tokyo Ghoul, contains both of those.

My favorite anime to contain these would also be Tokyo Ghoul.

The genre doesn't really matter to me. The substance of the storyline and drawing art is important

Horror, Psychological, Mystery. Example, Anime's like Higurashi, Shiki, Shinsekai Yori.

At a time, I was interested in comedy. But with comedy comes slice of life and all that romance stuff leading to repeats in concept and style. I mean I mostly can predict what will happen in slice of life anime's which is kinda annoying.
