My favorites - Lee vs. Gaara (Chunin Exams), Lee vs. Kimimaro, Naruto vs. Sasuke (Final Valley battle). Those are top 3. Jiraiya vs. Pain/Konan is great and Naruto vs. Pain is great also. Madara vs. the Allied Forces was good. I also liked Sasuke vs. Deidara.

Off the top of my head!

Edit: Just saw someone with Sasuke vs. Orochimaru in the Forest of Death on their list. That's another awesome fight.
