Favorite Fanfiction?

Now that Naruto is long over and the current filler arc don't simply curl up and end, I'm currently in need to find a good Naruto related story. Something in depth, with well structured characters and an intriguing storyline... Not just Mary Sue's and butchered grammar.
Any suggestions?

Humour:
"Piano Man and Church Boy" plus pretty much anything else by Firefly really.

Why Kakashi Should Never Read Out Loud (it gets way funnier after the first few chapters, actually)

Character study:
Inception of Pain Pain/Konan

Inb4: "My Favorite fanfiction is The Last!", " My Favorite fanfiction is Itachi being Solo King/Hiruzen hype!", etc... Im talking about written stories by fans using Naruto characters as a médium. *fix glasses*
