Ramen Guy is the most influential guy in Naruto. The only reason it's "Naruto" and not "Teuchi" is because he is merciful and granted Naruto permission. Ramen Guy > Naruto low difficulty. Believe it or not, Ramen Guy was in the pilot episode, and one of the 1st character revealed. I heard 2nd before, right after Naruto himself, but he might be 3rd.

If we were to get minor people, we would say like his daughter, Ayame.
