When Gohan first turns SSJ 2. The build up to it with 16's head getting smashed, the refusal to let Cell hurt his friends anymore, the scream that echoes across the battlefield along with the dramatic music! The muscles built up and Gohan's entire persona changed that instant. The first time we see that lightning aura around a SSJ, that entire scene is the definition of epic for me. By far one of my favorite scenes in all anime history.

Beyond that, one of my favorite is Kid buu when he first appeared. He screams and the world shake and then he proceeds to nuke...earth on a whim.

the emotion is at its highest in the series, the music is emotional and masterful, and the actress even had her scream overlap with an oozaru's.
