There's too many great moments in DBZ for me to really decide but two that come to mind is Gohan v.s Cell fight and the fight between Kid Buu and Goku.

-Goku transforming into a SuperSayian
-Gohan transforming into SuperSayain 2 and just beating the hell out of Cell
-Viggeto vs Buu EPIC!
also anything that has Goten and Trunks! They were HILARIOUS!

Not in order:

1. Goku turning SSJ for the first time
2. Gohan turning SSJ2
3. Goku obliterated Hirudegarn with his Dragon Fist
4. Super Gogeta showing his amazing display of power and speed against the Reality Warping Demon (Super Janemba)
5. Goku uses his Instant Transmisson Kamehameha against Cell
6. Goku and Vegeta's beam struggle when they use there signature techniques. The Kamehameha and Galik Gun.
7. Goku turning SSJ3 for the first time
8. Vegito toying with Buuhan
9. Vegeta using his Big Bang attack to finish Android #19
10. Goku absorbing the Spirit Bomb to finish of Super Android #13

There's so many amazing moments in DBZ.
