There is no Haruno clan.Sakura is just a random fodder ninja although she can compete with the likes of people with Kekkae Genkai like Hinata which is appreciative for her character

All families in the Naruto Verse are referred to as clans. Saying there is no Haruno Clan doesn't make sense since it's like saying there is no Haruno family.
