Not happening. There was a contest a while back like this. It was "vote to eliminate a character"
Sasuke got eliminated the second round. Itachi got eliminated at the fourth or fifth.
Thank god more people hate them than like them, probably due to their fanboys. If he had a good fanbase, no doubt he'd be one of the finalists.
