Seriously If Shizune was to brawl Kabuto 1Vs1 she could win I don't see how he can dodge Poison Fog without Intel.

Sasuke was always better than Sai he is more skilled and has more depth in his Character.
Sai was seriously neglected by Kishi after his appearance he became a side character pity he had potential.

Are the Sasuke and Kabuto in question considered in their current versions?
If so, i don't think this is balanced, but i'm willing to vote regardeless of the answer. I just need the confirmation.

Edit: Well, i didn't really get an answer so i'll just go ahead and vote.
Not much to decide here, both Sasuke and Kabuto blow away this competition with ease (especially Kabuto, Shizune is just background filler).
This time i won't try to even things out.

You gota be jokin. No way is Shizune on Kabuto's level ( part1 or early part 2). DSM Kabuto is overkill. But getting to the poll, Kabuto and Sasuke are my picks.
