You should make the poll public (if it isn't already) so we can see who already voted. Some people post a comment and vote on the poll, which I think you count both as a vote? If so, you should only count the vote from someone who didn't vote in the poll already and vice versa.

I just find that a bit... Unfair. But it's your tournament, your rules.
It's just that, some people vote, but don't really know what to comment. It's a bit useless to comment other than to tell us who you voted for, or you're replying to someone.
Do the comments count even if it's made by the same person? For example, could any one person count as ten votes?

And even if it was only two, you should explicitly state that in the rules.
Something along the lines of:
-One poll vote = 1 vote.
- One comment vote = 1 vote.
- Feel free to make two votes.
