I'd have to say, Madness of Deathwing from World of Warcraft: Cataclysm.

I will go with Cell on DBZ Budokai. Or Devil Jin on Tekken.

Dante vs Vergil at the end of devil may cry 3. Also the FFIII boss fight at the crystal tower was such a mofo but you really feel accomplished after making it through all that.

I wouldn't say it's my favorite, but the fight against the Arishok (nightmare mode) in DA2 was one of hardest boss fights I've had in a while.
