too many to pick a favorite... seras victoria vs the werewolf... walter c. dornez vs alucard... kenpachi vs tousen & and forget the other captains name at the moment... agular vs kira (bleach fight).... jiraiya vs pain... shikimaru's team and kakahsi's team vs kakazu and hidan... almost any ninja scroll battle... almost all trigun battles (major battles, not fodder)...
the list goes on but names are escaping me at the moment...
