Mayuri Kurotsuchi's Konjiki Ashisogi Jizō , i love it cause it looks like a baby and that deadly poison ... priceless

Ichigo's Tensa Zangetsu. Especially the Dangai and Fullbringer designs.

My fav so far would be kensei's as it is a pretty bad ass wind bankai and looks great to.

Hisagi mainly cause kazeshini looks like it was meant to reap lives
Shunsui/ukitake's I pair these two together as they are both dual blades.

Toshiro's 100%! The kid is already captain level and is able to fight with an incomplete bankai. And the limit is only to the point of no water in the air.
