Chunin Exams arc. So many characters introduced...So many awesome battles...Gaara vs Rock Lee was cool. Orochimaru's debut. Jiraiya's debut. Forest of death. Preliminaries. Final battles. Then Orochimaru vs Hiruzen, and Naruto vs Gaara...

Confining the Jinchuuriki arc. Naruto vs Kurama, Naruto meeting his mother, Obito's attack on Konoha and his battle with Minato, Kisame vs Gai, Kisame's death, Kabuto visiting Turtle Island and capturing Yamato, Deidara's skirmish with the Tsuchikage...and finally Naruto and Bee breaking free and convincing Tsunade and Ay to let them pass.

Pain arc. Naruto training at Mount Myoboku, his friends decoding Jiraiya's message, Pain's attack on Konoha, and finally Naruto vs Pain...little disappointed on how Nagato got TnJ'd though.

Search for Tsunade arc! The whole thing was awesome! Itachi and Kisame being introduced, Sasuke meeting his brother, the whole showdown in the hotel's hallway, Naruto learning the Rasengan, Tsunade's debut, Tsunade negotiating with Orochimaru, the Sannin showdown...it was the best imo.
