Who'se your favorite Arc Villain? Not just any villain. An ARC VILLAIN.

The Arc Villain is normally considered to be the driving force of a story arc (only a few exceptions to this rule e.g. Smoker or Mr 5 and Miss Valentine). As well as being the most influential villain of a story arc. Some arcs do not even have an arc villain e.g. Reverse Mountain Arc

I'd say Buggy. Out of all the villains in One Piece, he's actually the one with most screen time. On top of that, he's hilarious and has one of the best voice actors ever. *spoilers* And now he's gone from a no name pirate to a famous Shichibukai.

I know that , that's why i said that , the world government , because itself , is a villain , they killed the old guy who wanted to know something from the past , they killed all the orahara childs , the only one left is robin.

Ummm the driving force of the Arc was Blackbeard (captured Ace -> Led to the execution), he and his crew also killed Whitebeard.

Sakazuki killed Ace. And almost killed Luffy and Coby (if it wasn't for Shanks "saving the day"). He also depleted Whitebeards health immensely (even though he was almost annihilated by Newgate), he also almost killed Jinbe.

So in all there are two Arc Villains at Marineford.

OP is weird in terms of morality. one could say the marines were the protagonists as they were gonna kill a whole bunch of pirates to protect the world and send a message to other pirates about the price of their actions

Blackbeard and his crew didn't really kill WB. The sickness and the battle killed WB, WB had BB crying like a little girl about to kill him when he died standing over him. BB then proceeded to shoot his corpse to make himself feel better for crying at the face of death(something NONE of the badass characters-Ace,Zoro,Luffy,WB etc. would do) BB's a coward and the only reason he's any kind of force in OP is b/c he can extinguish DF powers during a fight and stole the Gura Gura no mi.
