Favorite anime villain soundtrack ?

Thought I should start a thread on everyone's personal favorite soundtrack when it comes to villians in anime, ranging from all of them and on why you personally love them.

Let's start with mine, which would be Dartz theme from the Japanese version of the Yugioh anime, which differs completely from the ridiculous American version in terms of both being threatening and strangely soothing at the same time, due to Dartz's agenda of wanting to destroy the world completely and purge it of the many evils that plague it. So I tend to listen the song with the "Ending of the World" in mind.
