Favorite anime/manga characters

Who are your top 10 favorite characters from any anime or manga you've seen?

Mine are:

1. Professor Stein (Soul eater)- Absolutely awesome character, able to direct his urge to kill only at the enemy even under intense madness. And really guys, all this dude thinks about is cutting people open..... He is El Pollo Loco. IMO the strongest character in this universe that isn't literally a god.
2. Monkey D. Luffy (One Piece)- Too awesome to really get into on here. One of the funniest, randomest, most badass characters of any show I've ever watched.
3. Mifune (Soul Eater)- Absolute badass, can read and react to any attack I've see thrown at him. His character is a true, new-age samurai.
4. Roronoa Zoro (One Piece)- Literal definition of a badass. Can take more pain than a man who can't even feel pain 90% of the time. No swordsman can beat him besides Mihawk and I think that's indisputable. (But I like mifune more =D)
5. Brook (One piece)- Funniest character of OP. Has never been in an episode without making me laugh
6. Uchiha Madara (Naruto)- Near god level character. Have never seen attacks on the level of his besides freakin DBZ.
7. Black*Star (Soul Eater)- Annoying at first, but in the manga easily redeems himself and becomes one of the most badass characters, even to the point where he's stronger than the son of death himself.
8. Uchiha Sasuke (Naruto)- Incredibly dynamic character with a crazy backstory. First he's a badass good guy and then becomes an even more badass bad guy. Just a dope character
9. Lance Corporal Levi (Attack on Titan)- Strongest non titan character in AOT, i don't even think Mikasa could **** with this guy.
10. Uzumaki Naruto (Naruto)- Anybody on this base should know why here... Definitely In the top 5 strongest characters shown in the show, and that's saying something when you think of all the strongest ones like hashi and juubito


Note: For a looooong time luffy was my favorite, but after seeing Professor Stein fight on the moon in Soul Eater manga he is easily my favorite character. He just goes toooooo hard when he's gone nuckin futs and it was awesome.

Light was BADASS, the ending was such a shame

Code Geass is pretty much similar to Death Note some smart teen gets some haxx power and tries to create a peaceful world, however It does have more action, drama etc definitely try it if your interested.

Gohan (DBZ/GT) - His uncle tried to kill him and his dad died when he was 4. Same age he had to survive in the wilderness for half a year. The next 6 months having to be trained by harsh Piccolo (although they became friends). Watched his best friend (Piccolo) die trying to save him at age 5. Watched his dad's best friend die also age 5. Still keeps his super happy personality even through to his adult hood. Grew to be the strongest thing in the universe at age 11. Still loves life. His dad dies again and after the events of Cell, he lives life as a normal teenager. He even becomes a lawyer as an adult.

Future Trunks (DBZ) - Intelligent, BADASS entry, epic swordsmanship, tragic past. Not as happy a character as Gohan but to be fair his history is arguably worse (living in fear his whole life, best/only friend dies, mum is only thing left etc). When he returns to his time, he solos the Androids and kills Cell thus saving his world (although he probably dies when Majin Buu is resurrected on Earth).

Light Yagami (Death Note) - I like my intelligent characters and Light is probably one of the most intelligent I know. Almost wiped out all criminals from the face of the Earth. His views are controversial but understandable. He hasn't had a tragic history like some characters on this list but his personality is still quite cool. He gets girls, and is the smartest person his age (2nd smartest person) in his country; he's Mr. Perfect lol. He did, however, get corrupted by the power of the Death Note which ultimately lead to his demise.

Son Goku (DB/Z/GT) - A beacon of hope. No more to be said.

Honourable mentions: L (Death Note), Near (Death Note), Piccolo (DB/Z/GT), Naruto (Naruto), Sasuke (Naruto), Itachi (Naruto), Minato (Naruto), a whole other bunch of Naruto characters (I like pretty much all of them )
