Madara achieves the IT.

In the genjutsu world, Naruto marries Hinata, an his parents are alive. So basically a happy ending for everyone.

Tsunade: getting retired and passing the seat of Hokage to Naruto, and continue a peaceful life in Konoha.
Orochimaru: returning to Konoha and do research for the village well being.
Onoki: continue to occupy the seat of Tsuchikage and train a new apprentice (just like Deidara, except this one turns out good).
Sakura: end up with Sasuke (my preference would be Lee but i don't think its going to happen) and act as an assistant to Naruto and Sasuke (i want them to share the position of Hokage).
