Pac I'd have to say. Never have I seen a rapper put so much soul and emotion into his songs with lyrics and messages that so many people can relate to. Flow, lyrics, rhymes, all amazing. Within his 6 years he's as relevant as those who were in the game for 10+. That's a true legend.
