My favorite one piece villian is Cpt buggy!!! He is funny and the most entertaining villian I have seen in op...he is like the joker of one piece haha

Doflamingo bcuz hes so bad ass

Just asking how is Buggy classified as a villian, he doesn't really give a sense of danger. He's more for comedic relief purposes.
