My favorite is futon rasengan, it exists but it's never really used.

Rasengan keeps getting nerfed so now it has to be huge to do anything.

Hiraishin though, it is probably the most tactical, impressive, useful jutsu for a shinobi. I wish someone else beside Minato knew it, someone like Kakashi, a damn student of Minato... I always wanted to see it as a combo with another strong jutsu.
