I had the choice between Neji and Kiba... I voted for Neji, Kiba is second :) and I HATE Rock Lee with his annoying personality "IF I CANNOT DO A MILLION SIT UPS I WILL DO A BILLION!" That was an example of Rock Lee...

That's called hardwork and surpassing your normal limits.Everyone has a different way on showing this.
To me Lee is the most impressive member in K11 since he can't execute not one ninjutsu but he still is able to be near the top 3 just by using taijutsu.
