1. Injured on the same level as Sasuke
2. Is not an edo
3. Extremely low on charkra so his sharingan has been deactivated dunno: Dunno if rennegan needs charkra to maintain)
4. Does not have his war fan (Only the sickle)
5. Serious and intent on killing Sasuke at any cost

Madara wins. Ninjutsu is not happening here as they can't even maintain their Sharingan, Madara uses his sickle and hacks this kid apart.

Hard to say. Sasuke has shown considerable proficiency with with Katana, enough to pin Kabuto's snakes in DSM. That's one hell of a feat. I give this to Madara, as he has more experience in warfare.
