Fathers Day

I always have a rather negative vibe about me during fathers day, and today of course is fathers day. I never met my real dad and tbh I dont know weither he is dead or alive. But there really isnt anything to be hurt about, you cant feel the pain and greif of not having something you have never had. A blind man does not know the agony of not being able to see because he does not know what sight and the pleasure of being able to see is. That's just a metaphor for how I look at this situation. There are millions of us that deal with this "situation" through life, and fathers day to those of us like this is just a mere reminder of the whole thing. So Im sure I am not the only one who doesnt really give a **** about Fathers Day.

Yeah, I never gave a flying **** either because my dad (correction, sperm donor) has always been absent from my life due to his crack-headed ways - something I'd learned to become immensely grateful for, because who knows how I'd have been living - sitting in an old rotted crack house with him. But he visited last summer and I never felt anything toward the man until after he left and it was a sickening feeling in the pit of my stomach that only grew worse the more I think about how my mom had to struggle to raise me and my siblings because of his lazy selfish ass, so I feel you. But I try not to think those depressing thoughts because it's not worth it and neither is he.
