I was tempted to say Naruto stomps just because he has more power and great speed.
But if Minato manages to put more seals on Naruto restricting the Kyuubi chakra from being used then Minato could win.
But my money is still on Naruto.

Minato ftw. naruto's speed is slower than FTG. It is not instantaneous. His BM mode lasts for only 5 minutes and Minato has the advantage in seals. What's in naruto's arsenal that could probably hurt Minato? If TBB from a fully powered kuruma was teleported so is a half powered TBB. I do believe that he will surpass Minato in the end, but at this time, definitely NOT. He still can't beat him. You will know why...soooon............:scorps:

it would be a hard fight no doubt...but naruto is a bit too much BM on minato. would kill to see that fight in anime!! xd
