Explaination is that at the moment he fought obito, he analyised his kamui so good and so fast, and even at the moment created a counter attack to defeat him. How the f*ck will naruto be smarter than this ? But for sure naruto's wits are not to be underestimated, he is frigin smart too, but no, not as much as minato

There was almost NO tactics used in that fight, he only reacted with the intel he was given. Naruto will always attack head on yelling something, Where as Minato will actually choose a fight and use the advantage to win. You didn't ask who is better, you asked Who is SMARTER and lets face it Naruto isn't the smartest out of the Konoha 11 he has to have the lowest IQ of the group.

False he redirected a biju bomb tricked the masked man and in the 3rd great ninja war he took out entire armies only using rasengan and teleportation
