now i fin watch fate/zero, do i watch fate/stay night or fate/stay night unlimited blade works first, or are they the same thing?

Ignore the old one, pretend it doesn't exist, watch the new one though.

Watch them all, technically they are the same thing, but they aren't, the source material for F/S is a Visual Novel, hence the different adaptations

Just ignore everything that is not Fate/Zero, and continue with VN instead of anime.

Watch the new Fate Stay Night 2014 UBW, ignore everything older than that since the old FSN adaptions are terrible. Simple as that.

UBW is a lot better and more detailed than Fate Stay Night.

If you want to watch, then Fate/stay night first cause it sucks compared to Unlimited Blade Works 2014 version. I watched episode 1 of fate/stay night and I stopped less than a minute in... Otherwise skip it and watch 2014 version. They're apparently different routes though... Probably not that different anyway
