Madara and Hashirama friends 1st then final battle.. Izuna and Tobirama not really friends but they knew each other and tobirama killed him.. Hiruzen and Danzo started off as friends but then believed in diff things when it came to the Uchihas.. Orochimaru and Jaraiya started as friends then took different paths.. Minato and Fugaku were probably friends but being that Minato died he couldn't convince Fugaku to live right and prosper.. Kakashi and Obito friends 1st then they will have their battle to the death.. And then there's Naruto and Sasuke they were friends then Sasuke chose his path of vengeance but then decided to fight for the greater good.. I think Sasuke and Naruto will indeed have an epic battle either for the title of hokage or in the future Saskue gets tired of the ridicule he will face when he returns to the village.. So in conclusion basically in the leaf village there was someone with the will of fire who was friends with someone that will eventually go the opposite direction.. sorry i was just bored at work lol

Possible. I like your idea of Fugaku and Minato. It could later be revealed that maybe they were rivals or something or the sorts or maybe an anti-friendship. However, who would you explain Gai and Kakashi. They're friends and they trust/love each other. Shikamaru and Choji as well. However, your concept makes sense. Good Job.

Fugaku may be abit older than Minato like Kakashi and Iruka,,,Only ppl who's fate's are same are Hashi & Madara,Naruto& Sasuke and Jiraya and Orochimaru...............
